No. You may arrive at your scheduled time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.

Am I allowed to bring other people with me for this appointment? If so, how many may I bring?

Yes. One person may accompany you during your appointment.

What is the latest possible time I can cancel or reschedule the appointment without being subject to penalty?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after you may be subjected to being charged the full amount of the booked service. All deposits are non-refundable.
